By submitting this form, I confirm that:
1.1 Open to UK residents aged 18 or over who are current or former customers of New Health. 1.2 Not open to employees (or their immediate family) of MedPal AI plc, New Health, or their agencies. 1.3 Only genuine personal stories and photos of the submitting individual will be accepted. Submissions must not misrepresent results.
2.1 Submission is via the story/photo form at [new.co.uk] before the closing date 01/09/26. 2.2 Submitting a story/photo does not guarantee it will be used. New Health selects stories/photos for use in its marketing materials entirely at its own discretion, and may choose not to use any given submission. 2.3 There is no random draw and no guaranteed prize for submitting. Only individuals whose story and/or photos are selected for use will receive payment, as set out in clause 3.
3.1 Where a story and/or photos are selected for use in marketing materials, the individual will receive a £500 Visa gift card as payment for that usage, in exchange for the licence set out in clause 4. 3.2 Individuals will be shown how their story/photos are proposed to be used before publication, and may decline to proceed at that stage; in this case no payment will be made and the material will not be published. 3.3 Payment will be issued within 14 days of the story/photos being approved for publication by the individual.
4.1 By submitting and, where applicable, agreeing to usage, the individual grants New Health a licence to reproduce, edit, and publish their name, photos, and story across the channels listed in the consent statement above. 4.2 Ongoing until withdrawn and use on global platforms like Meta/TikTok. 4.3 Individuals may request that their story/photos be withdrawn from future use at any time by contacting [email protected], though New Health cannot recall material already published or in market at the time of the request.
5.1 Testimonials used in paid advertising will be presented honestly and will not be edited in a way that misrepresents the individual's experience or results, in line with the CAP/BCAP Code. 5.2 Where a testimonial has been given in exchange for payment, this will be disclosed where required, so that the material connection between New Health and the individual is not hidden from viewers. 5.3 Before-and-after imagery, where used, will comply with applicable ASA/CAP and MHRA guidance on the advertising of prescription-only medicines and weight loss treatments.
6.1 Personal data (name, email, photos, and story) will be processed by New Health in accordance with its Privacy Policy, for the purposes of reviewing and selecting submissions and, where consented, for the marketing uses described above. 6.2 Individuals have the right to access, correct, or request erasure of their personal data at any time, subject to New Health's Privacy Policy and applicable law. 6.3 Data retention period, e.g. Submissions not selected for use will be retained for 3 months before deletion.
7.1 New Health reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions or the payment terms at any time, subject to applicable law. 7.2 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. 7.3 New Health is operated by MedPal AI plc, registered in England and Wales, company number 13578804.
