How Do I Track My Hair Loss Progress?

We encourage patients to upload regular photographs of their hair, typically monthly. These images form part of your ongoing clinical record and help both you and your clinician track how well your treatment is working. Treatment can be adjusted or switched at any point based on your response and clinical advice.

Am I Eligible for Weight Loss Treatment?

Eligibility is based on a combination of your BMI, medical history and overall health profile. You complete a short online assessment, and a UK-registered clinician reviews your case before any treatment is prescribed. If you're not eligible, we'll explain why and signpost you to the right support.

Who Is Eligible for Hair Loss Treatment?

Our hair loss service is currently available for male patients aged 18 to 65 experiencing male pattern hair loss. Eligibility is assessed through a short online questionnaire and supporting photographs, reviewed by one of our UK-registered clinicians before any treatment is prescribed.

How Do Erectile Dysfunction Treatments Work?

The treatments we offer, sildenafil and tadalafil, belong to a class of medication called PDE5 inhibitors. They work by improving blood flow to help you achieve and maintain an erection during sexual activity. Sildenafil is taken about an hour before sex and lasts up to five hours. Tadalafil takes effect from around 30 minutes and can last up to 36 hours, with a daily option for those who prefer not to plan around dosing.

Who Is Eligible for Erectile Dysfunction Treatment?

Our erectile dysfunction service is available for adult male patients aged 18 and over. Eligibility is assessed through a clinician-designed online questionnaire that covers your medical history, current medications, and any conditions that might affect treatment. A UK-registered clinician reviews every case before any treatment is prescribed.

How Does New Health Work?

You start on WhatsApp or on our website. Answer a short online assessment, and if appropriate, a UK-registered clinician will review your case and prescribe your treatment. Your medication is then delivered to your door, and our clinician-trained AI is available 24/7 on WhatsApp to answer questions before, during, and after your treatment.

How Do Weight Loss Treatments Work?

Our weight loss programmes combine clinically-proven medication with ongoing clinical support. The medication works with your body's biology to help manage appetite and support sustainable weight change. A UK clinician is involved in every step, from initial assessment through ongoing support throughout treatment.
